Welcome to T.P.H!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using T.P.H apps. This agreement is established by T.P.H Center for Domestic Workers Services L.L.C., a company incorporated in Dubai with its registered address at Building No 6, Gold and Diamond Park, Emaar Properties, Near Equiti Metro Station, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai (referred to herein as "we" or "us"). These terms also apply to our affiliates and subsidiaries. By using the T.P.H apps, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person who logs on to this app and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "T.P.H," "The Company," "Ourselves," "We", "Our," and "Us" refer to our company, T.P.H Center for Domestic Worker Services L.L.C. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the client’s needs in respect of the provision of the company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the UAE. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and, therefore, as referring to the same.

By accessing T.P.H apps, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the app if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Kindly note that customers using this app who are under 18 years of age are not permitted to register as users of the app, nor are they permitted to transact on or use the app.

Data Storage Technologies

Our app employs data storage technologies to provide you with a personalized experience. By accessing our app, you agree to use cookies in accordance with T.P.H's privacy policy.

Most interactive apps use these technologies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. This enables the functionality of certain areas and makes it easier for people visiting our app.


Unless otherwise stated, T.P.H and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material on our apps. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from T.P.H platforms for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from T.P.H app.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from T.P.H apps.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from T.P.H apps.
  • Redistribute content from T.P.H apps.

This agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Hyperlinking to our content

The following organizations may link to our app without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our app in the same manner as they hyperlink to the app of other listed businesses;
  • System-wide accredited businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups, which may not hyperlink to our app.

These organizations may link to our app, to publications, or to other app information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:

  • commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
  • dot.com community sites;
  • associations or other groups representing charities;
  • online directory distributors;
  • internet portals;
  • accounting, law, and consulting firms; and
  • educational institutions and trade associations.

These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our app, you must inform us by sending an email to info@tphgroup.me. Please include your name, your organization name, and contact information, as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our app, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Kindly wait two weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our app as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • Using any other description of our app being linked to makes sense within the context and format of the content on the linking party’s site.

No use of T.P.H's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking without a trademark license agreement.

Privacy Policy

T.P.H apps process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, relevant Consumer Protection Laws, and this Agreement to:

  • (a) Facilitate the customer's use of the T.P.H apps to avail of professional services, including helping the customer address problems with the T.P.H Services App, facilitating communications between the customer and T.P.H employees,
  • (b) to facilitate the customer's use of the app, booking of service requests for professional cleaning and maintenance services,
  • (c) and to make any required disclosures to any relevant authorities, government, or regulatory bodies,
  • (d) for purposes permitted by law, and
  • (e) for other purposes described in further detail in the Privacy Policy.

Service Appointments

  • You can place an order for our cleaning service online, by phone, or via email, and you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • At the time of booking, the customer must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease, or grime located at the premises;
  • T.P.H provides all quotations at the time of booking; quotations will be sent via email to the customer (if an email address is provided);
  • T.P.H reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.
  • The customer agrees to abide by applicable United Arab Emirates law and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable United Arab Emirates courts. T.P.H reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check our apps for updates.
  • Domestic Cleaning: A minimum of 2 hours per cleaning visit applies. We will ask you for a "list to do," and then we can discuss how many hours are necessary to complete the job for you.
  • We regularly carry out unannounced visits, on-site inspections, and follow-ups to check the quality of our crew members' work while they are on the job.
  • All services are dependent on availability and acceptance. We will contact you by phone or email if the service you've reserved is unavailable (if you have given us details). Either you can choose to wait until the service is accessible, or you can cancel your reservation.
  • T.P.H will communicate via Whatsapp, SMS, email, and push notifications for purposes including, but not limited to, appointment confirmation, appointment status updates, and marketing.

Client’s Obligations

  • The client will immediately provide all information required by T.P.H for us to carry out the service.
  • Allow us unrestricted access, including parking for the duration of the service, to the property or service address for us to provide the service.
  • The client is to behave courteously and treat the cleaner with dignity;
  • The client acknowledges their responsibility to maintain a safe environment within their premises during cleaning services, thereby emphasizing shared accountability for accident prevention.
  • To provide a safe storage area for us to store equipment, including vacuum cleaners, buckets, chemicals, etc., at the premises.
  • To be responsible for providing keys or access to the premises or service address. This also includes any keys, store room codes, or other rooms we will need access to. (Whether for cleaning or storage of our equipment.)
  • Keep our equipment secure while on your premises, and immediately compensate us for any loss or damage to our equipment while in your possession.
  • To observe all health and safety policies, regulations, and best practices according to the law or as recommended by us.
  • To pay promptly for the service and any additional services.
  • Please notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances, including changes in working hours, delays, lockouts, changes of address, or any other reason that may affect our ability to provide you with the service.

Payment Terms

  • T.P.H reserves the right to charge you for the different services you may avail of and/or for any other facilities you may opt for, from time to time, on or via our apps.
  • T.P.H shall notify you of the applicable charges, fees, and payment methods at the time of booking. Generally, you may make payments through credit cards, debit cards, or cash upon completion. We have the right to modify and otherwise restrict the modes of payment available to you. You acknowledge that specific payment methods, such as cash upon completion, may not always be available to you as a payment method. For the avoidance of doubt, if you pay through the method of 'cash upon completion, you acknowledge that you will be required to pay both charges to the service professional.
  • The charges and fees may be payable upon completing the requested service, as specified by T.P.H.
  • Taxes: All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • T.P.H reserves the right to reasonably amend the charges at any time at its sole discretion. A change in fees shall not impact any bookings that have been confirmed before the publication of the revised fees on our app.
  • Unless specifically stated otherwise by T.P.H or required by applicable laws, the charges you pay are final and non-refundable. Under specific laws, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the services.
  • Payment processors: We may use a third-party payment processor ("Payment Processor") to bill you through your selected mode of payment. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms and policies of the payment processor in addition to these terms. We shall not be liable for any errors by the payment processor. In the event of any unsuccessful payment, the money debited shall be credited per the payment processor's terms.
  • Cancellation: You may elect to cancel your service request at any time before such a service professional's arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee following T.P.H's cancellation policy. T.P.H reserves the right to charge you or otherwise deduct applicable taxes regarding such cancellation fees.
  • Subscriptions: T.P.H may, from time to time, offer subscription packages (however named) for monetary consideration. The packages shall provide customers with additional benefits, including the ability to avail themselves of discounted services. You agree that subscription packages (howsoever named) shall be subject to other terms and conditions. You acknowledge that such subscription packages will be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be deemed to be an integral part of these terms.
  • Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that, due to unforeseen emergencies, you may have to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment. If you wish to cancel, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice with an email to info@tphgroup.me.

When you notify us in advance, it allows us to plan and allot cleaning appointments to serve other clients in need.

T.P.H reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient staff to fulfill the booking you have ordered.
  • We do not cover your area, or
  • One or more of the services you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
  • If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by phone or email within two days of your booking.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer, neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Cleaner Non Engagement

  • The client acknowledges that T.P.H invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting, and training its cleaners. Unless T.P.H gives prior written permission, the client may not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ, or contract with any cleaner introduced to you by T.P.H to provide domestic services to the client or any associate of the client for a period of 24 months after the conclusion of any service.
  • The client acknowledges that T.P.H may incur loss and damage, including, but not limited to, consequential loss, due to a breach of this clause by the customer.
  • The client acknowledges that they must pay T.P.H the amount of AED 30,000 if they employ the cleaner directly or indirectly within 24 months after the conclusion of the agreement. T.P.H retains the right to initiate legal action against the client for the illegal hiring of our cleaner.


To the fullest extent permissible by law, T.P.H disclaims all out of or due to:

  • Your use of, inability to use, or availability or unavailability of the services
  • The occurrence or existence of any defect, interruption, or delays in the operation or transmission of information to, from, or through the services, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our records, programs, services, servers, or other infrastructure relating to the services;
  • The failure of the services to remain operational for any period of time; and
  • The loss of any user content and any other data in connection with your use of the services

Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs, or compensation (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) that the client may sustain or incur as a result of or in connection with:

  • Late arrival of company operatives at the service address. The company endeavors to be punctual; sometimes, it is not within our control how the public transport system operates. Company operatives who arrive late due to transportation factors may be entitled to reschedule when the services cannot be performed.
  • A cleaning job is not completed due to a lack of cleaning materials, a lack of hot water or electricity, or equipment that is not in full working order.
  • Third-party entering or present at the client’s premises during the cleaning process.
  • Existing damage to the client’s property in the form of old stains, burns, spills, etc., which cannot be cleaned or removed completely by the cleaning operative using the client’s cleaning equipment and materials
  • Any damages caused by faulty or not-in full-working-order equipment or materials supplied by the client
  • Services are not provided to the client because of dishonored payments or overdue accounts.

Accidents, Breakage, Damage, and Theft

  • T.P.H provides public liability insurance. The policy will cover major accidental damage caused by our cleaners.
  • The client must inform us of any incident where an accident, breakage, or damage to property has occurred due to any act of the cleaner within 24 hours of the completion of the service.
  • Any claims reported later than 24 hours after the cleaning will not be considered. Damage done on Monday at 6:00 p.m. must be reported by the claimant no later than Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. to be considered a valid claim.
  • All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. The company requests that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away or not cleaned by the cleaning operatives to minimize the risk of damage.
  • Items excluded from liability are cash, jewelry, items of sentimental value, art, and antiques.
  • The company may require entry to the premises within 24 hours of the claim being made to correct the problem or investigate the claim. If we can offer you an immediate resolution, we will do so upon arrival. Any refunds or adjustments must be requested directly from the company after considering factors relevant to validating your claim.
  • We encourage the practice of submitting your claim within the time frame specified, as it will minimize the risk of jeopardizing the investigation or may prevent the client or third parties from causing further damage.
  • While the company operatives make every effort to avoid accidents, sometimes they are inevitable. If the company’s staff member has caused damage to your property, we will repair the item at our expense. If the item cannot be repaired, the company will endeavor to replace the item with something of like or near value; if that is not practical, we will offer the client the current value of the item, provided that all the client's accounts have been settled.
  • Your claim will be invalid if you have overdue balances outstanding.
  • Any key replacement or locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost by our operatives.
  • The company shall not be responsible for damage due to the faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed to be sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
  • We will report any attempt to commit insurance fraud or the use of false information to commit fraud to the police and prosecute the perpetrators to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may also make a claim with the insurance provider for compensation. You agree to bear the cost of any legal action we take in that regard.

We record all incoming and outgoing phone conversations for quality control, record-keeping, and back-referral for any inquiries or investigations.

In no event shall our total liability to you in connection with these terms exceed AED 100. Nothing in these terms will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.


  • All complaints that do not involve damage or claims must be received in writing to T.P.H. We must receive your complaint within 24 hours of service delivery.
  • We will thoroughly investigate any complaint and attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the client or, alternatively, to a reasonable standard.
  • If you have submitted a complaint, we may require access to the premises within 24 hours of the report to correct any shortcomings or to investigate. In such an event, we will give you prior notice.

You shall indemnify, defend at our option, and hold us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and our officers, employees, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claim, demand, lawsuits, judicial proceeding, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including, without limitation, all damages, liabilities, settlements, and attorneys' fees), due to or arising out of your access to the services, use of the services, violation of these terms, or any violation of these terms by any third party who may use your account.

Employee Rights

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal, physical, and sexual abuse of staff and customers. This includes intimidation, bullying, harassment, and discrimination in any form. We will prosecute or seek the maximum penalty under the law in cases of such abuse. Additionally, we may make a report to the police and seek compensation where we see fit.

T.P.H prohibits discrimination against our employees on the basis of age, marital status, gender identity, race, religion, caste, country of origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, or any other trait that might be protected by relevant laws. Such discrimination covers any denial of all T.P.H services based on one of these traits but is not restricted to it. You will no longer have access to T.P.H services if it is determined that you have broken this restriction.

Acceptance of T.P.H Terms and Conditions

You declare that you have read this agreement and accept all its provisions. You consent to be legally bound by this agreement by accessing and using the services. You are not permitted to access or use the services if you do not agree to abide by the provisions of this agreement.

These terms and conditions may be revised or modified at any time without previous notice by T.P.H, which may do so by posting an updated version of the Agreement on its applications. Each amended agreement shall be effective 24 hours after publication.
